In den Blogeinträgen werden Bücher, Zeitschriften und Hersteller-Kataloge zum Thema Spielwaren, Modellbahn, Modellbau und Modell-Figuren (Toysoldiers) berücksichtigt. Die Einträge beinhalten zumeist die üblichen bibliographischen Informationen. Auf ausführlichere Beschreibungen der Titel wurde oft verzichtet. Über den durchaus vorhandenen nostalgischen Reiz hinausgehend, sind die Veröffentlichungen mit ihren zeittypischen Illustrationen auch als kulturgeschichtliche Quellen zu verstehen und zu werten. - Gastbeiträge und Rezensionsexemplare sind willkommen! Bei Periodika wird zumeist pro Eintrag jeweils nur ein Heft dokumentiert; die Labels beziehen sich grundsätzlich auf die jeweils genannten Jahrgänge!

Der Blog dient der digitalen Dokumentation bestimmter Aspekte populärer Kultur. Kommerzielle Interessen sind nicht vorhanden. Wir verkaufen keine Bücher Kataloge, oder Zeitschriften. Die Abbildungen stammen zumeist aus dem Archiv der CollectionTrivialitas, zum Teil wurden sie Internetauktionen entnommen. Sie sind immer als Bildzitate zu verstehen. Bei berechtigten Einwänden gegen die Veröffentlichung einzelner Bilder, bitte ich um Nachricht in EMail-Form, diese Abbildungen könnten dann unverzüglich entfernt werden.

The blog entries consider books, magazines and manufacturers' catalogs on the subject of toys, model railroads, model making and model figures (Toysoldiers). The entries mostly contain the usual bibliographic information. More detailed descriptions of the titles were often omitted. Beyond the nostalgic appeal, the publications with their typical illustrations of the time are also to be understood and valued as cultural-historical sources. - Guest contributions and review copies are welcome! The images are mostly from the archive of CollectionTrivialitas, partly they were taken from internet auctions. They are to be understood as picture quotations. In case of justified objections to the publication of individual images, I ask for message in email form, these images could then be removed immediately.
